Yes,
my name is Cecília Boechat and I am TwentyThree's video producer.
Excited to kick off 2025 with this new role.

And what do you bring to the role?
Experience in recording,
interviewing,
producing and hopefully some good vibes.
And what are you looking forward to achieve?
To create great content which will help us to achieve our main goal
which is video enable other firms and also to use the learnings from my master's in Organization,
Innovation and Entrepreneurship using video to support our overall strategy.
And if I may ask Cecilia,
what's the best piece of career advice you ever received?
I would say that it's this Brazilian saying that goes like "the no you already have, so all that's left is going after the yes".
This basically motivates people to pursue
their goals, their objectives,
understanding that the worst that can happen is that they stay where they already are.

And what's one thing you'd like to develop during your time here at TwentyThree?
Definitely my editing skills.
And what excites you the most about the future of our industry?
Video is the human side of digital and there's so much power in using this tool and there are amazing people using video right now for entertaining,
educating and also breaking silos.
So I'm looking forward to joining this community to share and learn.
